Psionic Blast
This skill allows you to deliver a painful blow to your opponent's psyche.
Deals psychic damage
Cost: 15 PP
When Used
- You send out a pulse of mental anguish, dealing X (psychic) damage to anything in the area.
- You reach out with your mind, trying to find another mind to connect with, but as far as you can tell there's nothing behind the mechanical shell. Without a mind to jab, you can't do anything.
Notes
This skill has no effect on any robots if you don't have Electronic Understanding. Even with the skill, you can't use it on the renegade robots.
