Psionic Blast
This skill allows you to deliver a painful blow to your opponent's psyche.
Deals psychic damage
Cost: 15 PP
When Used
- You send out a pulse of mental anguish, dealing Template:Cold to anything in the area.
- You reach out with your mind, trying to find another mind to connect with, but as far as you can tell there's nothing behind the mechanical shell. Without a mind to jab, you can't do anything.
Notes
- This skill has no effect on any robots if you don't have Electronic Understanding. Even with the skill, you can't use it on the renegade robots.
- Against frusion enemies it does only 3 damage with a message:
