mighty quill

Don't we already have a quill weapon around here somewhere? What are we doing with another one? Are we really going to repeat that joke about which is more powerful?
The answers are: yes; because; and no, in that order.
Besides, this is a fancy feathery writing quill, like you'd use for calligraphy, or signing seventeenth-century documents, rather than a porcupine-type quill, like the other.
