Psionic Blast
This skill allows you to deliver a painful blow to your opponent's psyche.
Deals psychic damage
Cost: 15 PP
When Used
- You send out a pulse of mental anguish, dealing X damage to anything in the area.
Notes
- X is 15-30 + 8*S + level*3 + [intellect modifier], where S is the number of
skill points invested. - Does less damage to Robots:
- Electronic Robots take 50% + 5*T% of the original damage, where T is the number of skill points invested in Electronic Understanding.
- Positronic Robots take 10% + T% of the original damage.
- It is currently impossible to get this skill without Electronic Understanding, so the effect of this skill without it is unknown.
- Prior to the introduction of skill points, X was 9-14 + 9-14 + level*3 + [intellect modifier].
- Against frusion enemies it does only 3-4 damage with a message:
You send out a pulse of mental anguish, which mostly washes past your opponent, only dealing 3-4 damage.
