I say we add the the Prepunctuality (and black hole)turn-saving effects here, with a note about how they're slightly different(and not affected by the 4-minutes cap, as they work post-turn). Even if they're not QUITE the same as -turn duration, it's something that people who reach this page will probably be interested in [[User:Kurg|Kurg]] 04:20, 27 December 2010 (PST)
