Rich Cardinal Lou

You are fighting Rich Cardinal Lou.

Lou is one of the richest cardinals around. He used to be a successful lawyer, but turned to religion for the tax breaks and the ability to scam those he has authority over. A supernatural penchant for scheming and meddling lifts him up from mere white collar crime to the level of a proper villain.
Your opponent attacks ...

Hit messages:

  • Rich Lou does what any rich person would: pay someone to do his dirty work. A group of his hired thugs give you a beating.
  • After what feels like a few months of scheming and plotting, Rich Cardinal Lou's plans come to fruition when you feel a dagger slip between your ribs.
  • Lou raises one finger, summoning his driver. Out of nowhere this huge stretch limo caroms into you and sends you flying.

He hits you for X damage.

Critical hit message:

Your opponent has a critical hit! He hits you for X damage.

Miss messages:

  • Cardinal Lou starts to attack, but you remind him of the Cardinal rule. Not wanting done unto himself, Lou wisely decides not to do unto you.
  • Rich Cardinal Lou schemes and plots, but it's taking way too long. It's your turn again.
  • Nothing would make Lou happier than to see you hurt, but as we all know money can't buy happiness so you're fine.
