U.R.L.
Plural: U.R.L.s
No, this isn't some sort of magical web site that you can dial up to attack people at a distance. In this case U.R.L. is short for underwater rocket launcher. It was designed to be worn and operated by a whale, so it's not the best weapon for a human, but the size of the explosions makes up for a lack of accuracy.
