specter snare
Plural: specter snares
An ancient, powerful device, said to trap a foe and drain the life out of them, transferring it to whosoever wields the device. It's the kind of thing you'd normally get on the last level of a game, about three steps before the boss. Chances are, this isn't quite that powerful.
