This skill allows you to send out a bolt of extra-cold ice, doing moderate damage to your opponents.
Deals ice damage
Cost: 4 PP
When Used
You blast your opponent with an ice bolt, dealing 'X (ice) damage'.
Notes
- Initial damage appears to be 16-22. At level 10, the damage is 25-30.
