A flicker of light draws you to the spot right away. It's the parking lot of an apartment complex. You find an old car, with the passenger-side door open, a Christmas tree stuffed halfway inside, and apparently lit on fire. It's only moments before the entire car is ablaze. You quickly knock on a few doors, trying to wake up some residents. You get one woman to call the fire department, and a man scampers out to move his car, which is only two spaces away from the growing blaze.

The fire department shows up while you're radioing in the details to Phil. There's a funny moment when a couple of the firemen casually stroll up to the car, then turn and ask you if the tank's blown yet. The speed at which they scamper away when you answer in the negative gives you a little chuckle. Otherwise, it's not funny at all. There's nothing funny about arson.
