The given address is for a seedy pub called The Barley Exchange, located in basement of an office building. There's already a police car parked out front when you arrive. You recognize the man from one of your visits to Rand's office, and say hi. He's never really been friendly before, but tonight he's laughing to himself, and apparently feels like telling a funny story. He says, "Seems some biker dude was in there earlier. Big, burly guy. Giant beard, hair in a braid down his back. He had a few drinks at the bar, seemed pretty normal for a biker. After a couple of hours he disappears into the bathroom. In there for a while. Door locked. People knock a couple times. Says he's okay, just stomach feeling a little off. Patrons use other bathroom. Not really a problem.

"Nobody really notices the guy leave. Maybe snuck out back. Next patron in is shocked by the mess. Not what you think, though. Apparently the guy shaved in there. Beard, head, everything. Razor and shaving cream canister in sink with scissors. Hair everywhere. Big pile on floor, scattered in every corner. Sink full of shaving cream and stubble. Braid tied to light fixture over sink and dangling in front of mirror. No explanation, pretty weird."

The story's worth a laugh, at least. You've both seen crazier in this town, and franky^[sic], the crazies who aren't violent are a relief.

Phil takes copious notes when you call in the prevandalism report. This might be borderline vandalism, but it doesn't fit any of the other categories, either.
