As this wasn't implemented, how do some players have it? Was it given to them by Ryme? If so then this is how it is obtained --Muhandes 08:00, 24 December 2008 (UTC)
Yes, Ryme gave this to a few players, I'm not sure why, but there is some story behind it, so you should try to get it from the players that do have it. --Zillow--
