- The location used to be known as St. Anne Park, before the park had become a permanent fixture in Downtown Twilight and the the location moved inside it.
- The events starts with the following message on the main page:

- After a set amount of turns has been spent in the area, Captain Buzzkill appears. Defeating him ends the event.
- Trying to adventure here after Captain Buzzkill is defeated yields:

With Captain Buzzkill behind bars, the once quiet park is peaceful again.
