You dump your tonic on <foe>, leaving them crackling with electric energy. (foe name is changed to "ionic <previous name>")

Notes

  • When a foe becomes ionic if they do not have a preexisting weakness or resistance to Electricity they will gain a 50% weakness to Electricity.
  • The ionic state makes ions more powerful.
