The "deals ice damage when you attack" appears to be doing something like %-based damage - tougher foes seem to get hit for more and the damage seems to go lower as the fight goes on, but sometimes it will repeat the same (high=ish) damage several times in a row and then it will do a 5 ... maybe there's something like "min(level + bonus, % of remaining HP)"?

> As you dodge, you spill some cold water from your jug, dealing X damage and getting a refreshing splash yourself for Y PP.

Y seems to be ceil(0.03*X).

Here's what I got on this:
blackmatter615 level 86

Insanity foes for this alt have:
1095 max HP
90 max PP

PP returned is 3%, 8% when trident (other +%PP from damage) is equipped, possible bug/coding side effect

Using delevelling bunnies on an howler in darkness: (I used shocked grenade before and the damage was lowered, using a prehistoric sheet didn't affect it, so my wild guess is that it depends on the foe's Offense.)

100 dam - 3 PP 0
98 dam - 3 PP -15 all
97 dam - 3 PP -30 all
95 dam - 3 PP -45 all
94 dam - 3 pp -60 all
92 dam - 3 PP -75 all
91 dam - 3 PP -90 all
89 dam - 3 PP -105 all
80 dam - 3 PP -120 all?
none -135 all

When the splashing is about to stop working the last working damage is always weird so I'll ignore it.

Taking the values down to -105 all it shows a clear 10% dependency on the Offense stat of the foe.

Splashing can happen up to 10 times per turn, the 10th splashing being weaker.
