Dresden II got it at level 5 in an heirloom inheriting the heirloom knife for the 3rd time. My guess about the squat in the text is that it's a way to enact the traditional knighting procedure and not an hint to a certain amount of strength being needed. in any case, his stats when acquiring the badge were:

- Intellect: 33 (22)
- Reflexes: 32 (20)
