An acute awareness of your internal conditions allows you to better balance your metabolism to match exterior factors. You are less susceptible to harmful heat, cold, sonic, and psychic energies.
+15% resistance to fire, ice, sonic, and psychic damage
Cost: 10 PP
When Used
You generate an intense awareness of self and the way in which you relate to the world. (Added for 30 minutes.)
