Psionic Blast

This skill allows you to deliver a painful blow to your opponent's psyche.

Deals psychic damage

When Used

You send out a pulse of mental anguish, dealing X damage to anything in the area.
You reach out with your mind, trying to find another mind to connect with, but the positronic synapses of your opponent's brain are far too slippery for you to do anything. It's like they're running backwards, or in another dimension, or someplace where you simply can't reach them.

This skill has no effect on any Positronic Robots. Currently, you can't get this skill without the skill Electronic Understanding, so it is unknown if this skill will work on Electronic Robots without that skill.
X is 15-30 + 8*S + level*3 + [intellect modifier], where S is the number of skill points invested.
Prior to the introduction of skill points, X was 9-14 + 9-14 + level*3 + [intellect modifier].
Against frusion enemies it does only 3 damage with a message:

You send out a pulse of mental anguish, which mostly washes past your opponent, only dealing 3 damage.
