Ice Bolt

This skill allows you to send out a bolt of extra-cold ice, doing moderate damage to your opponents.

When Used

You blast your opponent with an ice bolt, dealing X damage.

Notes

• X is 5-10 + ((2-3)*S) + level + [intellect factor], where S is the number of skill points invested. However, any damage above 60 is square rooted.
• Prior to the introduction of skill points, X was 7-13 + level + [intellect factor], where damage above 30 was square rooted.
• Against frusion enemies it does only 2-4 damage with a message:

You blast your opponent with an ice bolt, but the ice and frusion don't really interact all that much. It does 2-4 damage.
