You keep your internal energy stores stoked higher, effectively increasing your maximum Power Point limit.

Notes
- PP capacity is increased by 10% + S% max PP, where S is the number of
skill points invested. - Spell damage is increased by S%.
- Prior to the introduction of skill points, PP capacity is increased by 20%. Spell damage was not increased.
