Does this sidekick actually increase the number or quality of item drops at all? Richard H-G 05:34, 30 October 2011 (PDT)
- This, like every other +item effect increases the chance of an item dropping. It can't make a foe drop an item it couldn't otherwise drop, or force it to drop multiple copies of something it normally only drops one of. Cristiona
