This, like every other +item effect increases the chance of an item dropping. It can't make a foe drop an item it couldn't otherwise drop, or force it to drop multiple copies of something it normally only drops one of. Cristiona

Thanks, that makes sence. Mind you, I haven't noticed an obvious increase in the rate of item drops when using this sidekick either. Richard H-G 00:16, 31 October 2011 (PDT)
