Ectoplasm, the gunk left behind from ghosts, is extremely malleable, and able to take any form. Currently, it has taken the form of a bedsheet.
Like everyone knows, the bedsheet is the quintessential ghost costume. Just be careful when throwing this, okay? It's a little awkward.

How Obtained
Use ectoplasmic pumpkin in combat
You toss the ectoplasmic bedsheet at your opponent, who becomes thoroughly entangled. Waitaminute! Glowing body, draped in cloth ... oh no, it's a ghost!
A little bit of the ectoplasm drips into a puddle on the ground, and you scoop it up before it gets lost. It's far too unstable to use again this fight, but you'll want it later.
You got an item: ectoplasmic bowling ball

Or:
You toss the ectoplasmic bedsheet at your opponent, but they're too fast and get out of the way. You scoop up the now-unstable ectoplasm for some later use.

Notes
- Might fail if the level difference between the two isn't high enough.
- Fails on most of the foes on which deja voodoo doll fails. The exceptions where it works are:
- Blotto sotto capo during the relevant part of C.H.I.P.S. (Casino Heroes Investigate Purported Scandal).
