This foe always reminded me of this (from Frill-necked lizard article):

In the film Jurassic Park, the dinosaur Dilophosaurus was portrayed with a fictional neck frill, which was raised during attack, similar to that of a frill-necked lizard. Patojonas 14:43, 23 July 2012 (PDT)

Could be. This area was pretty much all Ryme. He may have been thinking of the frilled dino from Jurassic Park but used a picture of the real critter. Cristiona 19:59, 23 July 2012 (PDT)
