You are fighting Memphis Tofeles.
Memphis here used to be in a traveling band called The Cities (along with Detroit Billy, Chicago Mordecai, Seattle Sam, and Punxsutawney Phil), but when they realized they could supplement their income with a life of crime the music eventually fell by the wayside and the band eventually split up. Memphis is now pursuing a solo act that's maybe 10% music and 90% robbery.

- Memphis tries to deafen you with a blast from his horn, but he accidentally leaves the mute in. All you hear is a muffled (but appropriate) sad trombone: "waaah waaah."
