When Used

You call the classified number and get a list of odd jobs they'd be interested in having you dead. Thankfully none of them involve assassinating anyone with your hat.
You gain an effect: Classified. (Added for 90 minutes.)
- any uses after the first
Talking on the phone is exhausting, especially after dealing with people all week at your day job. Once a night is clearly enough, right?
