With Their Freeze Rays
It turns out the Twilight Police Department ends up with a lot of freeze rays. So they've started auctioning them off... probably better that the Hero Dash folks are buying them, even if that means there's a wall of freeze rays over there.
Speaking of freeze rays, it's not immediately clear whether they're the "ice beam" kind or the "stops the world" kind. But there is a warning sign that says "Side Effects May Include: Frostbite, Ice Cream Headache, and up to an Hour of Lost Time."

If you chose Warm it up:
Getting Warmer...
Thankfully, no matter how cold or dark it gets, a little fire can always push back the night.
- If you have at least +20 fire damage:
Your fire warms the freeze ray, bringing up the ambient temperature so much it will be more of a cool breeze ray.
- Warms by 3 degrees
- If you have at least +5 but less than +20 fire damage:
Your fire warms the freeze ray, bringing up the ambient temperature enough it might just be more of a chill ray.
- Warms by 2 degrees
- Otherwise:
You wish your ancestors had invented fire so you could warm this up. Get on it, ancestors!
- Warms by 1 degree
If you chose Short it out:
Better Call Mr. Fusion
Disassembling a technological cluserpiece like these freeze rays is going to take a real genius. Today, that genius is gonna have to be you.
- If you know Electric Net with 10 SP invested:
You repurpose some of your electric net's components to... drain power from the... starboard nacelles. Don't look at me, you're the technogenius!
- Adds 3 shorts in the circuit
- If you know Electric Net with less than 10 SP invested:
You rework some of your electric net's circuitry to blow out the freeze ray's temporal fuses. Or fuse some of its temporal blows. It all gets a little jumbled in there with the jiggawatts.
- Adds 2 shorts in the circuit
- Otherwise:
Barring a better plan, you stick a paperclip in the circuitry and are satisfied with a little zap sound. That should suck marginally less if it hits you.
- Adds 1 short in the circuit
If you chose Charge right in:
You Only Freeze Once
You damn the torpedoes (freeze rays, in this case) and ride boldly into the jaws of death (also freeze rays).
- If you know Trample of the Rhino:
You charge in like a rhino, freezing for X damage and only spending Y minutes in the beam.
- Otherwise:
You push your way into the beam, freezing for X damage and losing Y minutes.
- If you are defeated:
But that's all you have in you.
