concerning Wiki Users

the reason why i put it up is because its getting harder and harder to find contributers to the wiki, without finding one of their works. with this page in place people can quickly find the User they are looking for without having to go through several pages/steps.--Reaper 00:12, 22 February 2008 (MST)

where could i put the page without it being completely hidden and unknown to new visitors. i feel like that is the right place for it.--Reaper 00:23, 22 February 2008 (MST)

What's wrong with Special:Listusers? the tool maintains just such a list. --Flyboy 00 07:21, 22 February 2008 (MST)
Special:Listusers does exactly what this page is supposed to do, and does it automatically. Delete.--SlightlyEvil 11:36, 22 February 2008 (MST)

concerning & or + in titles

I goofed up while trying to fix the minor problem with "Journals & Quests" in the Game Manual area, and created Journal & Quests and Journal+Quests before I settled on a workable page title. Those two pages should be deleted, but I can't place the "delete" template on them because they're inaccessible once saved. They can be found by a search, and appear in Category lists, but if you try to navigate to them you get Journal instead. Big & tall shoreman has the same problem, but I didn't make it; I'll make Big and tall shoreman as a replacement. Anyway, "&" and "+" are apparently evil in titles; must be some difference from this wiki's software compared to Wikipedia. --Tarwix 13:32, 28 February 2008 (MST)

  • A similar problem exists with Journals & Quests --Baltar 15:03, 23 March 2008 (MST)
  • This was a problem I tried to fix soon after installing the software, but was unable to. I'll look into this again--Olaf 16:41, 23 March 2008 (MST)
    • Ok, "+" and "&" now work. Use them how you please.--Olaf 18:11, 23 March 2008 (MST)
