Salt of the Earth
You have learned to lace your spells with the salt of the earth, which is completely different than salting the earth with your spells, but don't ask me to explain how.
Increases Spell Critical chance**
** Fumble and critical hit values are capped at +/- 20%.

- Spell critical chance increased by 1 + round(S * 0.6), where S is the number of
skill points invested.
