  • The result for "Follow the Orderly" is different if you have enough cyborg gear equipped. I got through with an exoskeleton, leg, and Z shield equipped. I don't know the minimum required to pass the test. After the cyborg gear, there are two further criteria. Sanjuro (talk) 13:12, 22 November 2015 (PST)

You can get though with just the exoskeleton; not sure if just shirt/carapace (+ pants?) will work. Also need to test disguise + jump; and need to figure out next step (gas mask/steam mask?)

with disguise, no jumping/flying

The orderly quickly deals with the patient, forcing him back into his room and coming out with a half-full syringe. You hang back, watching the cyborg make his way deeper into Shiloh's tunnels.

He doesn't seem to realize he's being followed, but he drops nonchalantly down a deep pit and you can't find any way to follow him.

Unfortunately, the pile of unlabeled chemicals at the bottom of the pit gets to you. Your vision swims and, by the time you've recovered from whatever it was you inhaled, he's long gone.

Just carapace or shirt by itself doesn't work, but shirt + pants do. Jumping alone isn't enough for the deep pit.
Also, gas mask works, giving

He doesn't seem to realize he's being followed, even when you fly down a pit after him. He seems equally unconcerned by the pile of unlabeled chemicals at the bottom of the pit, while you're just glad you have a way to filter what you're breathing.
Eventually your path leads you to a hidden basement... and subbasement... and subsubbasement.
And the orderly is definitely not the only thing down here with you.
