Found this in the inventory of an alt which patrols Campus: Investigate a Protest; I'm assuming this drops from a Villain. --hoyifung04 12:24, 27 January 2011 (PST)

I get 80xp at level 10 and 88xp at level 11. Exp/level seems to be 8. There are probably breakpoints where it changes that need to be spaded out.--Garfnobl 23:24, 4 September 2011 (PDT)
