Cap?

I seem to be getting no more than exactly ten vouchers regardless of the number of turns I spend in a day. Could this be capped at ten? Has anyone gotten more than that in a day? --Lxndr 00:40, 18 August 2011 (PDT)

I definetely remember getting more than ten on a Frayday where I spent a lot of turns. Perhaps a cap was added later? Kurg 06:13, 18 August 2011 (PDT)
