Talk:LI Inc. Headquarters
There is actually a slightly different message if you currently have no computers installed in your hideout at all... Richard H-G 07:14, 29 September 2012 (PDT)
Can you copy the entire message here? Makes adding it to the wiki a whole lot easier when I know what it is. --hoyifung04 07:40, 29 September 2012 (PDT)
- I'm afraid I discovered this message just after a retcon, went and installed some computers in my hideout, noticed the message had changed and afterwards saw this wiki page, by which time I had only my memory to rely on for the original message. It will be quite some time (one retcon run) before I can generate the message again myself, assuming nothing has changed in that time, which is uncertain. Richard H-G 07:59, 29 September 2012 (PDT)
Visiting with no computers installed
It's been a while since any new business opened in downtown Twilight, particularly one big enough to need several towers. Knowing the city's luck, it'll be an arm of some vast criminal conspiracy.
You make your way to the lobby and through its forest of floor-length banners. Each one advertises a different computer, but nothing better than you could build and nothing cheaper than a new Lexura.
Past the banners, the receptionist seems quite agitated. By which I mean she screams "We didn't have anything to do with it! Go away!"
When she realizes you are not, in fact, a reporter, she apologizes quickly. Apparently, something's gone drastically wrong with the city's computers and the reporters haven't given her a moment's rest since.
She calms down noticably when you mention you don't even have a computer. She explains that everyone's down except a few homebrew enthusiasts and folks with the new machines from LI.

After creating a League

Past the banners, the receptionist seems quite agitated, but smiles ruefully she notices it's you. "I hope that tower helps. Hopefully you can get this contained."
As you walk away with the proverbial weight of Twilight on your shoulders you hear her mutter "who names a program 'VILLAIN' anyway?"

League-less and Dart-less

It's like they think we have a secret weapon that'll let us destroy the virus that's messing everything up. As if. I heard some people might, though. They're calling themselves Leagues."

Getting to the League
I see that you can get to your League (once created) by going to the Character Sheet, clicking on your name to get the Character Information Sheet, and pressing the link where it displays the League you now belong to.
I presume, though, that this is just a shortcut, similar to "Your Shop" which has an actual location in Twilight? Is there a "physical" way to get to your League? What part of town is your tower in? It would have to have a range of 0 to let you use the submarine... Richard H-G 16:25, 16 October 2012 (PDT)
- There's a link to your league in the top pane. Sometimes that doesn't refresh, so switching vehicle ranges should do it. Cristiona 16:38, 16 October 2012 (PDT)
- Ah, yes! I see it! Next to "Full Inventory". Thank you. I'm glad there's a more obvious way there, but I'm still baffled by where the tower is "physically" supposed to be. Richard H-G 16:45, 16 October 2012 (PDT)
- I believe they're Downtown. If you leave your League and then go the LI Inc. you can see your invites. Cristiona 19:30, 16 October 2012 (PDT)
- Downtown would make sense, but you can't get there while in your submarine... Richard H-G 06:22, 18 October 2012 (PDT)

I mean, how many copies of the rogue software might be in the wild, but they're behind you one hundred percent!" --Yingxiong 17:01, 16 October 2012 (PDT)
It's been a while since any new business opened in downtown Twilight, particularly one big enough to need several towers. It's a shame that this one turned out to be behind releasing a rogue program and almost destroying the city.
Deep in the empty hall, you find a downcast receptionist. "Well, they say that every cloud has a silver lining. Everyone else in LI Inc. got arrested... but, hey, now I'm my own boss."
"At least with the help of heroes like your League, we were able to capture the copies of VILLAIN that got loose." --Yingxiong 19:27, 3 November 2012 (PDT)
