ok: discussion about how to classify an 'ultra rare', number of them in existence or their drop rates?

an ultra rare doesn't have a autosell, and a semi rare has an autosell Zillow

good point. the supernaturalist

I still don't think you can just flat out say that. There's no proof for it. --MN (#228) (T|C) 03:10, 26 January 2009 (UTC)

Ultra rares are defined by their drop rate. They also have other things in common, like not having an autosale value and being in color. Cristiona

Generally, if you obtain it from an adventure that's not quest/event related, does not have an autosell, is in color, and takes a really long time to find, it's gonna be an ultrarare. The confirmed UR's are Abaddon's charm, Ebon Eye, Ultimate Aviator Goggles, Boomstick, Filthy Puppet, and Best Memory disk. The filthy puppet wasn't originally a UR, I believe, and then Ryme upped it on Cris's suggestion. Maybe. We know that they do not have an auto-sell if they're UR's due to the time Ryme set all UR's to non-auto-sellable when I accidentally auto-sold the charm. - Satan

  • Sock puppet was always an ultra rare, and was designed to be from the get-go. Cristiona

New UR. shimmering chaos. --MN (#228) (T|C) 23:25, 19 June 2009 (UTC)

Do you know it's a UR? Where does it drop? --Muhandes 18:18, 20 June 2009 (UTC)

Shouldn't the Ultra-rare page be updated to reflect that there is in fact a way to increase the UR chance (the nonsezieum welded items) RKBrumbelow 20:54, 17 December 2011 (PST)

Good point. Updated. Cristiona 02:59, 18 December 2011 (PST)
