Improved Tinkering
This skill increases the duration of any temporal Gadgeteer skills (buffs and noncombat skills with a duration). It also increases the effectiveness of the Upgrade Armor and Upgrade Weapons skills.
Notes
- Grants different improvements for all Upgrade Armor and Upgrade Weapons effects. The specifics of this were still not revealed.
- Extends the duration of all gadgeteer buffs/skills by 10 + S minutes, where S is the number of skill points invested.
- Improves the to-hit bonus from Upgrade Weapons: Frickin' Sharp by round(S/2).
- Improves the resistance bonus from Upgrade Armor: Resistance by round(S/2).
- Improves the Reflexes bonus from Upgrade Armor: Motorized by round(S/3).
- Does NOT improve the elemental damage from Upgrade Armor: Lethalized
