Improved Tinkering
This skill increases the duration of any temporal Gadgeteer skills (buffs and noncombat skills with a duration). It also increases the effectiveness of the Upgrade Armor and Upgrade Weapons skills.
Notes
- Grants different improvements for all Upgrade Armor and Upgrade Weapons effects. The specifics of this were still not revealed.
 - Extends the duration of all gadgeteer buffs/skills(except Endurance) by 10 + S minutes, where S is the number of
