Lou is one of the richest cardinals around. He used to be a successful lawyer, but turned to religion for the tax breaks and the ability to scam those he has authority over. A supernatural penchant for scheming and meddling lifts him up from mere white collar crime to the level of a proper villain.

Hit messages:
- Rich Lou does what any rich person would: pay someone to do his dirty work. A group of his hired thugs give you a beating.
- After what feels like a few months of scheming and plotting, Rich Cardinal Lou's plans come to fruition when you feel a dagger slip between your ribs.
- Lou raises one finger, summoning his driver. Out of nowhere this huge stretch limo caroms into you and sends you flying.
