the Parachutist's pants
Plural: hammers of Parachutist's pants
Back in the Silver Age of Twilight, there was a really underrated hero who went by the name of the Parachutist. Originally a stunt pilot, one day he found a pair of high tech pants that allowed him to make massive leaps (as well as land safely, something Tarhiel never learned). Regardless, it turns out the technology behind the pants actually belonged to a foreign power that the country was at war with back then. His heroics seemed rather unimpressive compared to other heroes, but that was probably because he spent so much of his time dealing with foreign powers, federal authorities, aviation moguls and, of course, the mob.
While these aren't his specific pants (those are in the Museum of Superheroics in Frog Jump, Tennessee), they're a really good copy. So good, in fact, that you'd never be able to tell the difference. They'll make you quick and let you leap in and out of combat like... um... some kind... of... jumping... um, thing. Look, metaphors are hard, okay?
