on my alt, i got the septic scandal adventures 3 times. (+ 1 strength) bug? or just not a one-time adventure
you can get it over and over until you use the black sand and you get the skeptic sandals then you never get it again

New Changes
A few changes I thought worth mentioning since the locale was revamped:
- While under the effect of a Rank and Musty Daze, you can return to the location without delay, in fact the location can be accessed directly from Somerset Square.
- A new Locale, Saw Rueage Flood, gives +1 Reflexes.
- Quest items found in this location cannot be used until the Rank and Musty Daze wears off. Richard H-G 01:59, 19 November 2011 (PST)
