Dusk's Baton
Plural: Dusk's Batons
Dusk straddled the line of active eras. She technically pre-dated the golden era, but remained active into it, leading historians (and other pedants) to quibble over if she was pre-golden or golden. There's also some argument about just how much of a "real" heroine she was. Papers back in the day frequently referred to her as a "quirky dame." It's actually believed that the derision from the press over her (admittedly) unorthodox methods were a contributing factor to her retirement, where she was quoted as saying, "Fine. Be that way."
This baton was one of the main reasons Dusk was written off as being an oddball. Her preferred method of dealing with thugs was to "conduct" them with the wand: using it to channel her mental powers to force them to trip or drop their weapons. Possibly one of the most talented heroes in Twilight's history, her wisdom is deeply infused in this simple stick.
