poofy skirt
Plural: poofy skirts
The poofiness of this skirt (it's really two layers, a poofy underskirt atop a poofy overskirt--yeah, it's really poofy) makes it a little hard to maneuver in, and the swishing noise tends to give you away, but it's much harder for a weapon to get through all that padding.
