When Used
- First time per day:
You call the classified number and get a list of odd jobs they'd be interested in having you dead. Thankfully none of them involve assassinating anyone with your hat.

- Any uses after the first:
Talking on the phone is exhausting, especially after dealing with people all week at your day job. Once a night is clearly enough, right?
