1		When you get the Officer Down adventure in the Neighboring and neighborly neighborhood the following entry will be in your journal:
		`Remember that police officer you rescued a while back? You wonder how he's doing. Maybe you should check in on him sometime. If only there were some central location downtown where they took people who had recently been shot ... hm, like the University hospital, perhaps?`
2		Visiting the Twilight Hospital will yield the Officer Back Up adventure and the following message to the journal:
		`Officer Aaron Rand suggested that you keep an eye out in the Neighboring and Neighborly Neighborhood for an arsonist who has been fire-bombing houses.`
3		Adventuring to the Neighboring and neighborly neighborhood will eventually give The Arsonist adventure and finish the quest. The following message will be added to the completed quests:
		`You've saved an officer's life and made friends with him. Meanwhile, the arsonist has been safely locked up in Shiloh Sanatarium. Your mother would be proud! You should stop in and visit Rand now and then to see if he has any other missions for you.`
