Walkthrough

1. When you've reached level 6 and completed C.H.I.P.S. (Casino Heroes Investigate Purported Scandal), the following message appears in your journal:

You get the feeling it's about time to go check in with Officer Rand, and see how he's liking his new offices at the downtown police department.

2. Visiting the Twilight Police Department in Downtown Twilight you get:

Rand greets you as you come in. "Hey, kid. I was hoping you'd stop by. I've got something kinda unusual I thought you could check out down at Porcelain Bay."

You say, "Let me guess: something's fishy at the docks?"

Rand gives you a long, steady stare. Eventually you shrug and look away.

"Not entirely, but close. Incoming shipments have been disappearing--ship and all. Mostly high-tech stuff. Whoever it is seems to be targeting specific cargo. All the missing ships have been carrying valuable, cutting-edge stuff. The attacks always occur at night, and one of the few surviving witnesses claims the attack came from under the water."

"Wait," you say, "you want me to go fighting crime under water?"

Rand nods. "Yeah. I figure you can handle it, right?"

"All right," you sigh. "I'll see what I can do."

This updates the following message in your journal to:

Rand told you that shipments of valuable electronics are disappearing in Porcelain Bay. Better check it out. Unless you can breathe water naturally, maybe renting some diving gear would be a good idea.

3. Use any method for Breathing Under Water and patrol at the Porcelain Bay until you get You Need What Now? and the following message update to your journal:

A strange talking fish told you some human known as the Troutmaster has been enslaving other aquatic creatures and using them to raid the ships. The talking fish will help you in your fight if you can find its bicycle, which was stolen by the Troutmaster's human sidekick: Perch Boy.

4. Continue to adventure at the Porcelain Bay until you meet and defeat Perch Boy. You will get the following update to your journal:

You're trying to stop the Troutmaster and his army of enslaved aquatic creatures from capturing freight ships in Porcelain Bay. A talking fish asked you to retrieve its stolen bicycle, but when you caught up with the sidekick Perch Boy and taught him a lesson, you found he no longer has the bicycle.

5. Patrol at the Porcelain Bay again until you get the Hide and Seek, Seek and Find adventure. The following message will be updated in your journal:

You're trying to stop the Troutmaster and his army of enslaved aquatic creatures from capturing freight ships in Porcelain Bay. You've found the bicycle that the talking fish said it needed; if you can return it, the fish should give you a reward.

6. Patrol again at the Porcelain Bay until you get A Joyous (but Properly Restrained) Reunion and choose either a weapon or loot (2500 chips). This will update the following message to your journal:

You're trying to stop the Troutmaster and his army of enslaved aquatic creatures from capturing freight ships in Porcelain Bay. After helping the talking fish you've got your reward. Now all that remains is to take out the Troutmaster.

7. Continue to adventure at the Porcelain Bay until you meet and defeat Troutmaster. Defeating him will update the following message to your journal:

You've successfully beaten the Troutmaster and freed the creatures of Porcelain Bay from servitude. Why not let Rand know that the seas are safe again?

8. Visiting the Twilight Police Department to conclude the quest. You get:

You tell Rand all about your adventures "under the sea," deciding--probably wisely--not to relay this information via the tropical song and dance Disney parody that you've been working on in your spare time. Rand mutters his gruff thanks, calls you "kid," pats you on the back, and you go on your way.

A few hours later he contacts you to let you know that when police divers raided the Troutmaster's underwater lair, most of the stolen goods were already missing. One of the logbooks in the lair made some references to The Mick, though, suggesting that he might have been involved. Or he might now have those stolen goods.

The following message in the Completed Quests section of your journal:

You've successfully beaten the Troutmaster and freed the creatures of Porcelain Bay from servitude. A regular Moses you are! Unfortunately, the police failed to recover the stolen goods, and it looks like The Mick has them now.
