Plural: Ouch's bike horns
No, you can't strap this to your bicycle to make it a triceracycle. You can, however, use it to alert people they're in your way as you barrel through the streets of the city on your Schwinn.

You shove the horn in the <foe name>'s face and give them a squeaky honk of the horn. It's a little distracting and rather loud. About ?-15-19-? damage worth of loud.
