If you don't have enough ions in your inventory:
  • You don't have enough ions to tie anything up with them. Maybe later?


If you have enough ions in your inventory:
  • You hastily construct a device to hold the <foe> in place with ionic forces.


The foe will then be trapped for a few rounds with the following message:
  • Your opponent strains against the prison with all its might, but is too tightly bound by the ionic forces to take any action.


The foe will break free with the following message:
  • Your opponent strains against the prison with all its might and breaks free at the worst possible moment. Accursed dramatic necessity!
