Note: You must be level 6 to get this quest.

1.Visiting the Twilight Police Department after completing the Protests Aren't for Amateurs quest will initiate this quest with the following message in your journal:

"Rand told you that shipments of valuable electronics are disappearing in Porcelain Bay. Better check it out. Unless you can breathe water naturally, maybe renting some diving gear would be a good idea."

NOTE You must rent and equip the an air tank, fins, and a scuba mask at TheBayside Dive Shop at the Bayside, or alternatively equip a Harbor pearl which drop at The Docks, or be an Elemental

2.Patrolling at the Porcelain Bay will eventually result in the You Need What Now? and the following message to your journal;

"A strange talking fish told you some human known as the Troutmaster has been enslaving other aquatic creatures and using them to raid the ships. The talking fish will help you in your fight if you can find its bicycle, which was stolen by the Troutmaster's human sidekick: Perch Boy."

3.Continuing the adventure at the Porcelain Bay will eventually lead to fighting the Perch Boy and obtain the following message after defeating him:

"Perch Boy finally collapses, defeated. "So where's the bicycle you stole from that talking fish?" you ask.

"Bicycle? Is that what that was? I couldn't figure out how to use it, so I left it behind days ago. I don't know where it is now."

You growl and smack a fist into your open palm, making Perch Boy cringe and whimper. "Okay," you sigh. "Get out of here and don't come back." You watch as the kid swims off in the direction of the ocean, then turn and continue to patrol. After all, you've still got bigger fish to fry."

Also, you will get the following message to your journal:

"You're trying to stop the Troutmaster and his army of enslaved aquatic creatures from capturing freight ships in Porcelain Bay. A talking fish asked you to retrieve its stolen bicycle, but when you caught up with the sidekick Perch Boy and taught him a lesson, you found he no longer has the bicycle."

4.Patrol at the Porcelain Bay again until you get the Hide and Seek, Seek and Find adventure. The following message will appear in your journal:

"You're trying to stop the Troutmaster and his army of enslaved aquatic creatures from capturing freight ships in Porcelain Bay. You've found the bicycle that the talking fish said it needed; if you can return it, the fish should give you a reward."

5.Patrolling again at the Porcelain Bay will finally produce the A Joyous (but Properly Restrained) Reunion adventure giving you a choice of either a weapon or loot. Choosing the weapon will give you the Bass-O-Matic 77 and the following message:

"You announce that you'd like the weapon. "Very well," says the fish. It swims to the ocean floor not ten feet away from you and waves its fins vigorously. A cloud of mud rises from the bottom, but when it clears you see something shiny partially protruding from the muck. You reach down and pull out a strange contraption--it appears to be a hand-held staff fitted with numerous circular blades. A button near the handle turns them on and off--when active they whirl with a dangerous velocity.

You look up from the weapon with the intention of thanking the fish, but both it and the bicycle are gone."

Alternatively, choosing the Loot will give you the following message:

"You announce that you'd like the cash. "Very well," says the fish. It swims to the ocean floor five feet away from you and waves his fins vigorously. A cloud of mud rises from the bottom, but when it clears you see a small pile of golden coins sitting on the seabed. You quickly pluck up the coins and pocket them.

Eventually you realize you should thank the fish, but when you look up both it and the bicycle are gone. So you shrug your shoulders--a difficult task in diving gear, let me assure you--and head back into town to sell the coins. Turns out they're pretty valuable! You gain 2500 Chips."

Also, this will give you the following message to your journal:

You're trying to stop the Troutmaster and his army of enslaved aquatic creatures from capturing freight ships in Porcelain Bay. After helping the talking fish you've got your reward. Now all that remains is to take out the Troutmaster.

6.Continuing the adventure at the Porcelain Bay will bring you against the Troutmaster. Defeating him will give you the following message to your journal:

"You've successfully beaten the Troutmaster and freed the creatures of Porcelain Bay from servitude. Why not let Rand know that the seas are safe again?"

7.Visiting the Twilight Police Department will conclude the adventure and give the following message to your journal:

"You've successfully beaten the Troutmaster and freed the creatures of Porcelain Bay from servitude. A regular Moses you are! Unfortunately, the police failed to recover the stolen goods, and it looks like The Mick has them now."
