When Used
- If you don't have enough ions in your inventory:
- You don't have enough ions to tie anything up with them. Maybe later?
- If you have enough ions in your inventory:
- You hastily construct a device to hold the <foe> in place with ionic forces.
- The foe will then be trapped for a few rounds with the following message:
- Your opponent strains against the prison with all its might, but is too tightly bound by the ionic forces to take any action.
- The foe will break free with the following message:
- Your opponent strains against the prison with all its might and breaks free at the worst possible moment. Accursed dramatic necessity!
