Ok, I got this, not when reaching level 10 (already had the pops consumed) but after buffing for the Mick. here's the list of what I had, something must have caused it:

  • Deleted list, bottle of pills buffs and having at least 1 halloween candy consumed did the trick, unknown if the halloween candy is needed at all.

As listed, the badge makes no sense. That combination doesn't seem to mean anything. Having it be all four candies makes more sense than "everything from the pill bottle plus this one candy". Cristiona (talk) 21:34, 4 November 2013 (PST)

That didn't make sense to me either. I got the badge with all four trick-or-treat candy effects, which is more consistent with the trainer text. I'm going to say that's the trigger. Sanjuro (talk) 22:36, 4 November 2013 (PST)

It might make no sense, but that's how I got it to trigger in my alts, without any halloween candy effect active and accounts that only ate 1 of the 4. Also, my main only ate 1 electro-pops and with the bottle of pills effects listed qualified for the badge. Maybe it was an alternative trigger? Patojonas 05:03, 5 November 2013 (PST)

Maybe the effects don't have to be active, and simply consuming the candies is enough to qualify for the badge. Could you please check the sugar consumption lists for those multis? Sanjuro (talk) 13:12, 5 November 2013 (PST)

As I said, none of my alts consumed all 4 and they all got the badge with the bottle of pills buffs and at least 1 of the candies in the sugar history.
What if the bottle of pills buffs were coded to give a chance to those who missed the event? They may not make you spit lightning, but consuming so many pills has got to be at least bad for the stomach.
One easy way to check is to have someone not consume any of the 2013 halloween candy and have those effects on to see if they can get it. My alts can't test for this since they all already have the badge. Patojonas 04:11, 6 November 2013 (PST)
