Quest Items are those items that each character is required to obtain and/or use to fulfill a quest. While some are consumed during the course of the quest, others will remain in inventory - forever! Quest items are (or should be) deliberately set to have no "normal" way to dispose of them so characters cannot find themselves unable to complete a quest because they "accidentally" sold or traded away the necessary item.
